Missed and cancelled appointments are sometimes unavoidable. At Absolute Health by Nurses, we aim to provide high-quality care to all our patients in a timely and efficient manner.

When appointments are missed or cancelled at short notice, it impacts our ability to offer care to other patients and make best use of clinic time. To help us continue delivering accessible, effective care, we operate a cancellation policy that allows us to manage and review appointments fairly.

We understand that genuine circumstances do arise; however, our Terms and Conditions are applied consistently to ensure the ongoing delivery of safe, high-quality services for all patients.

Deposit


To secure your appointment, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This applies to all appointments, including those booked by telephone.
