Cancellations, Deposits and Failure to Attend Appointments
A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. This policy applies to appointments booked online and by telephone.
Appointments must be cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice to avoid a charge. In these circumstances, the deposit will be refunded. Please note that refunds are not processed automatically; if you cancel online, you must notify the clinic to request a refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.
Patients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments without notice may be refused future bookings at the clinic.
The clinic often operates at full capacity and maintains a waiting list. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent other patients from accessing care. These Terms and Conditions are therefore in place to protect valuable clinical appointment time and ensure fair access to services for all patients.
Any decisions regarding refunds outside of these Terms and Conditions are made at the sole discretion of the Owner of the clinic and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. Exceptional circumstances are defined as serious medical emergencies or the death of an immediate family member.
